To those that were at the final performance today, thank you. You carried me through a difficult year, and an even more difficult goodbye. To those of you that have graduated before me, thank you. I feel so sorry for the people who never have the opportunity to step out on a stage and perform like that. Today was so much better than I expected and I’m confident the rest of the weekend will be the same. I feel so extremely grateful and I can’t wait to continue this journey with the fantastic company of Grease :)
There’ll come a day when the night doesn’t end with angst and self-hate. When my eyes don’t hurt, and neither do my arms. My palm reads in cuts and curves, exposing the truth behind loss. Eventually, all will come to an end. Everything will be alright. Right? Until then, goodnight and fuck you.
